We partner with local Best-in-Class service providers whether it be local brokers or local/regional appraisers from the large Real Estate Brokerage to smaller niche service providers. We truly know the best local market real estate service providers in every country in Latin America to meet our clients’ needs. 

        NALA is a boutique real estate firm based in Tempe, Arizona with 20 years of international experience, which we use to provide value-add to our clients. We have personal experience managing and executing real estate projects in each of the Latin American countries. The majority of our clients prefer a structure of utilizing our procedural process to directly manage their real estate projects. We not only provide support to U.S. Companies with transactions/services in the U.S. and Latin America but we also provide support to Latin American companies desirous to establish a presence in the United States or grow their current U.S. portfolio. We’re bilingual and have lived and worked in Latin America so we understand the nuances of doing business from the differing cultural standpoints. Our commitment is to outwork and outperform our competition all for the betterment of our clients.
